Mobile Ticket Submission Issues
Following the system update on Thursday, May 21, some users submitting tickets from mobile devices are encountering the error: "Work to Begin Date should not be later than Work Completion Date."
iPhone users may resolve this by clearing their browser data. However, Android users are currently unable to clear data in a way that fixes the issue.
If you are experiencing issues on an Android device, please submit your ticket using a desktop or laptop computer.
