Education Department
The Mission of the MISS DIG 811 Education department is to educate, create advocacy, and increase awareness of safe digging practices to prevent damage to underground facilities.
Member Services Department
The MISS DIG 811 Member Services department is available to assist Facility Owner/ Operators and their Contract Locators with their ticket delivery, mapping their facilities, posting to Positive Response, or any other questions or concerns about their membership to the system.
Quality Control Department
The MISS DIG 811 Quality Control Department trains and supports users entering tickets on their own through the OneCallAccess platform.

MISSDIG811 is looking for individuals who have demonstrated significant achievements in damage prevention, safety, business, and/or public service to serve on our Board of Directors. The mission of MISSDIG811 is to safeguard the public, environment, property, and member infrastructure through, efficient educational outreach and the advancement of damage prevention statewide. The Board plays a crucial role in providing strategic oversight and alignment with MISSDIG811's Mission and Values. As a Board Member, you promote MISSDIG811's initiatives and engage with stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration.
